Sellick Partnership are currently working with a well-established law firm in Manchester where an exciting opportunity has arisen for Construction Litigation Solicitor to join their team on a full time 6 month FTC basis.

The firm offer hybird working but one day atleast per week will be required in the office in Manchester.

The role:

Duties will include but not be limited to liaising and negotiating with civil authorities to obtain planning permission and building approvals. Guiding clients through various forms of dispute resolution, up to and including litigation, when contracts are breached, payments are not made, injuries sustained, and other issues arise around the project.
