This firm is dedicated to providing high-quality legal services to their clients in a range of practice areas, including private family matters. They are looking for a skilled and knowledgeable Family Lawyer who can provide expert advice and representation to their clients.
Responsibilities:
- Advise clients on a range of private family matters, including divorce, child custody, and financial settlements.
- Represent clients in court proceedings and negotiations.
- Draft legal documents and agreements.
- Provide expert legal advice to clients, ensuring that their best interests are represented at all times.
- Work closely with other members of the firm to provide a comprehensive legal service to our clients.
- Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with a minimum of 2 years' PQE
- Demonstrable experience in private family law matters, with a strong track record of achieving successful outcomes for clients.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify key legal issues and provide effective solutions.
- Commitment to providing a high-quality legal service, with a focus on achieving the best possible outcomes for clients.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing a busy caseload and prioritising tasks effectively.
