- To ensure our recruitment, onboarding and induction process continues to meet the needs of the business and new employees
- To manage the application process and support the team manager with reviewing and shortlisting applications, arranging interviews, and advising successful and unsuccessful candidates of the outcome
- To support the ongoing training and development of employees
- To support HR Business Partners with various Employee Relations cases
- Maintain HR database to ensure salary and reward information is accurate and complete
- Produce Payroll reports for our in-house payroll team
- Effective and empathetic communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across the business
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and deal with sensitive information
- Ability to work accurately, under pressure, in accordance with procedures and processes
- Ability to work on own initiative and within a team
- Ability to produce minutes and draft/edit documents and correspondence independently
- Experience of using HR software
- Good Microsoft Office and other software skills
