An outstanding opportunity has become available for an HR Advisor to join this leading Yorkshire firm at their Leeds office.

Duties Include:
  • To ensure our recruitment, onboarding and induction process continues to meet the needs of the business and new employees
  • To manage the application process and support the team manager with reviewing and shortlisting applications, arranging interviews, and advising successful and unsuccessful candidates of the outcome
  • To support the ongoing training and development of employees
  • To support HR Business Partners with various Employee Relations cases
  • Maintain HR database to ensure salary and reward information is accurate and complete
  • Produce Payroll reports for our in-house payroll team
Ideal candidate skills: 
  • Effective and empathetic communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across the business
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and deal with sensitive information
  • Ability to work accurately, under pressure, in accordance with procedures and processes
  • Ability to work on own initiative and within a team
  • Ability to produce minutes and draft/edit documents and correspondence independently
  • Experience of using HR software
  • Good Microsoft Office and other software skills
To be considered for this role you will have 12 months + previous experience in a similar position which is required.
