Residential Conveyancing Paralegal and Legal Executive

We are currently working with a well-established law firm based in the Lancashire region, who are recruiting for a Residential Conveyancing Paralegal/Legal Executive to join their growing team.

The successful candidate must have proven experience working as a paralegal in residential conveyancing. The role will include a variety of Residential Property matters, including:

• Purchases (registered and unregistered, leasehold, freehold, shared ownership, new build)
• Sales (registered and unregistered, leasehold, freehold, shared ownership)
• Re-mortgaging
• Transfers of equity
• Equity release
• Right to buy
• Lease extensions

This is a full-time role based in the Blackburn office.
