- You will be required to have excellent people management skills in a leadership role within a law firm with knowledge and understanding of the legal framework.
- Excellent people management skills with experience of recruiting, onboarding, training, and performance management is essential
- Maintain a strong supervision environment across the team
- Working in partnership with the senior team to manage compliance and quality across the team in line with policies and procedures and regulations, anticipating any operational risks and issues
- Collaborate with other departments and senior management to develop and implement best practices and operational policies
- Promote a positive and inclusive work culture that values diversity, teamwork, and continuous learning
- Manage day to day operation and performance of a team of solicitors, litigation specialists, paralegals, and trainees, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
