A prestigious city firm is looking to recruit into their highly regarded Funds and Corporate teams at Senior Associate level.
The role offers an interesting opportunity for a lawyer looking to work on Private Funds, Joint Ventures and/or Corporate Real Estate transactions or to specialise in one or more of those areas, acting for top corporates and institutional investors.
A successful applicant will have broad experience of fund formation in private equity, energy and infrastructure funds, from a leading city firm.
