Health and Social Care Lawyer

A new position for a 0-5 PQE Health and Social Care Solicitor has become available with this national and leading Legal 100 firm. This role will be based out of the firm's Leeds office, although it strongly encourages agile working and has a very flexible home/office-based working policy.  Duties Include:

• Manage your own varied caseload of both advisory and litigation matters
• Advocacy at inquests, Court of Protection hearings and Tribunal
• Active involvement in client care and business development
• Assist with the wider management and supervision of the team
