Just in, a really exciting new opening for a strong, ambitious candidate looking to progress their career as a Corporate Commercial solicitor.

Our client is one of the strongest practices in South Wales with a number of offices and an excellent reputation across their core areas of work. Due to increasing levels of work, their very highly regarded Corporate Commercial practice is now in a position to offer an opportunity for an ambitious and driven Solicitor to bolster their thriving team.

The position will involve effectively managing a caseload involving a broad range of both corporate and commercial work including corporate transactions, commercial contracts, shareholder and partnership arrangements, and debt/equity funding. The nature of this role will ideally suit a candidate with a confident personality who is comfortable with direct client contact as there will be plenty of opportunities to get involved in business development and key client relationships.
