Our client is a multi-office firm servicing North Yorkshire, Bristol and London who are now looking to grow it by hiring an Employment Law Solicitor specialising in claimant cases to join their York office.

You will be joining a team that helps hundreds of people each year who have been unlawfully dismissed from their jobs or faced discrimination take legal action to secure compensation. We also use our employment law knowledge and skills to resolve employment disputes without having to go to tribunal or court.

The team delivers on the full spectrum of Employment Law and represent people from all sectors including retail, entertainment, arts, transport, education, law enforcement, armed forces, sport, finance, legal, health, and communications.

They are seeking someone with at least 3 years PQE and have proven expertise in all aspects of Employment Law matters.
