Within Commercial Contracts, we are hiring at all levels from Legal Executive / Solicitor through to Senior Associate. The Role

As an experienced lawyer (CILEX/FILEX/Solicitor) you know what this role entails!

As a member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to shape a career for yourself with no glass-ceiling on progression, whilst also contributing to the success of our practice. The Legal 500 refers to this team as a having ‘Diverse range of people and backgrounds, with good knowledge and experience on which to pull. Fixed fee work and total clarity on billing. Diverse range of services offered, pretty much every aspect covered off, and they also have the ability to bring in additional expertise when/if required.’  You will work on a range of commercial agreements, supply chains, franchising, commercial due diligence, routes to market, website terms and conditions and give commercial advice on trade, protection of assets and intellectual property. Sat alongside an experienced corporate team supporting one another for local and regional business clients. This is an exciting new opportunity to really make your own as our Corporate & Commercial team in Northampton grows following an exciting recent partner acquisition.
