This well-established Law Firm is looking to recruit a Paralegal or Legal Assistant with a background in private client. You will have had exposure to a variety of Private Client matters including wills, probate, trusts and tax, estate administration and lasting powers of attorney etc.

As a paralegal in the team, you will be working with Solicitors and Directors to support their activities from an early stage, you will be encouraged, under supervision, to take on direct client contact and documentation draft fee earners undertakings as part of your training and progression.
 
You will be working with matters dealing with estate planning, tax, trust, contentious and non-contentious probate, wills, and powers of attorney plus elderly client affairs.
