- Mix of divorce/ finance and children (more finance)
- 70% of caseload is litigated
- Choose to conduct own advocacy or not (depending on locations of clients)
- Involved in supervision of junior staff
What will you need?
- To be a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive
- 5+ PQE
- To be able to handle own caseload
- Family Law experience essential
- Assist with the running an development
