Conveyancing Legal Secretary

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced full-time residential conveyancing legal secretary to join a well-established, award winning law firm in Mansfield.
 
Your new role will see you working as part of a very well established conveyancing team, supporting one fee earner. You will produce documents relating to the sale and purchase of freehold and leasehold properties, re-mortgage and transfer of equity, new builds and Help To Buy.
 
You will also be managing the fee earner’s diary and deal with client enquiries.
 
Key duties:

• Digital dictation
• Diary management
• Administrative duties
• Filing
• Photocopying
• Assisting other members of the department as required
• Liaising with clients

As a conveyancing legal secretary you will ideally have a minimum of 2 years previous experience assisting a residential property fee earner or team and posses a solid understanding of the full conveyancing process.
 
This position is easily commutable from Derby or central Nottingham!
