Locum Childcare Lawyer

Sellick Partnership are excited to be working with a highly rated local authority who are looking to recruit a Childcare Lawyer on a full time basis. The contract will be for an initial 3 month basis with the view that this could potentially be extended further.

The successful Childcare Lawyer will be required to attend the office once a week and advocacy is encouraged with case management hearings once or twice a month in court.

The local authority is happy to consider candidates from either private practice or public sector at varying levels of experience, as long as the candidate has public care experience.

As a Childcare Lawyer, your role will include, but is not limited to:

  • Care-cases
  • Care orders
  • PLO Meeting
  • Non-molestation
  • Emergency Protection Orders
