THE ROLE:
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Private Client Solicitor to join this prestigious law firm in London. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in handling all aspects of private client work and possess a strong understanding of the intricacies involved in this area of law. You will be providing comprehensive legal advice and support to clients in all aspects of private client work as well as managing a diverse caseload, including but not limited to vulnerable persons, Court of Protection matters, deputyship orders, succession and estate planning, estate planning documents, probate, cross-border estate planning, cross-border probate and tax, and various elements of trusts and estates work.

THE CANDIDATE:
The successful Private Client Solicitor will have 4-6 years' PQE experience in private client law. You will be able to demonstrate in-depth knowledge and experience as well as proven expertise in dealing with vulnerable persons, Court of Protection matters, deputyship orders, succession and estate planning, estate planning documents, probate, cross-border estate planning, cross-border probate and tax, and various elements of trusts and estates work. Fluency in a foreign language would be advantageous to assist with cross-border issues.
