In-house Legal Counsel

This Legal Counsel role can provide unrivalled international commercial work within a global financial services environment. If you're looking for the pace and agility of fintech but also the security of a large, established organisation then this could be for you.

The Role:

- Drafting and negotiation of a variety of contracts including; SaaS, licensing and outsourcing agreements, leasing and procurement of goods and services;
- Assistance with third party governance and procurement;
- Providing training on regulatory change within the field of third party governance; and
- Preparation for discussions with regulatory bodies.

You:

- Ideally suited to a qualified lawyer with 2-4 PQE in commercial contracts law focusing on negotiating software licensing,technology and business outsourcing transactions.
- Experience with vendor management and third party governance; and
- Knowledge of regulatory guidance and global privacy.

This is a well known business in Manchester with an excellent environment and a highly competitive benefits package. The role will be hybrid requiring some time in the Manchester City Centre office.
