Legal Counsel - Procurement / PFI

A Legal Counsel is required to join an organisation who provide services to the Government. This role will see you join an established and supportive team working on complex, high-value bids and tenders as well as smaller, more agile contracts. This is a great opportunity for a lawyer to find challenging, quality commercial work with a brilliant culture and work life balance.

You will:

- Support the business with commercial advice as required;
- Draft and negotiate client, supplier and partnership agreements;
- Advising on PFI and large complex projects and outsourcing contracts, variations and disputes;
- Train the business on commercial and regulatory issues;
- Advise on regulatory compliance; and
- Manage externals lawyers.

This role would be best suited to a lawyer with at least 2 years PQE and can be offered on a full time or part time basis. You must have previous experience of commercial law and contracts, Public Procurement and PFI and be comfortable with complex, multi-party agreements.
