THE ROLE:
A new opportunity has arisen for an experienced Plot Sales Solicitor to join a thriving and busy team. If you are successful, you will join a select group of agricultural law specialists regarded as being among the best in the field. You will understand the challenges faced by farm businesses and estates as they try to grow. As a member of a growing team that looks beyond itself and thrives on delivering a great job for clients, you will have the opportunity to work on interesting and good quality work. Daily duties include but are not limited to handling a caseload of property tractions, as well as, taking the lead on matters and be able to deal with matters from initial instruction through to completion. The successful candidate will have previous experience working within a busy environment and will be able to deal with large volumes of work on a daily basis.

THE CANDIDATE:
Applications are welcomed from Solicitors have at least 2 years PQE in handling all types of residential property matters, including plot sales. As an innovative and ambitious legal professional, you will be motivated to excel in all that you do. A core value of the firm is providing quality client service; thus, the successful candidate should have strong communication and organisation skills to offer the best service for understanding and meeting clients' needs. As required, the appointed will be capable of acting independently, as well as working with more experienced partners and fee earners as necessary on more complex and specialised matters.
