A well-established national Law firm with a strong presence across Yorkshire is looking for a Corporate Solicitor to join its team, working Hybrid.
The Corporate Solicitor will be required to support the team and have responsibility for their own workload.
The Corporate Solicitor's caseload will consist of matters including mergers and acquisitions, shareholder agreements, and all aspects involved with both the purchase and sale of businesses.
