THE ROLE:
This is an exciting opportunity for a Childcare Solicitor join an established team of experts based in Berkshire. As a successful Childcare Solicitor, you will be responsible for handling a wide range of legal matters relating to children, including child custody, adoption, child protection and other family matters. You will provide expert legal advice in guiding families through complex legal processes. You must have experience in conducting your own advocacy, ensuring all necessary legal documents, evidence and information is gathered and organised efficiently. This exciting and varied role offers genuine progression and personal development.

THE CANDIDATE:
The appointed Childcare Solicitor will be at least 3 years’ PQE (CILEX/Barrister are also welcomed to apply) and have demonstrable experience of conducting your own advocacy together with strong negotiation and mediation skills. You will strive for amicable solutions and agreements at all times whilst keeping a clear focus on building strong relationships with clients; demonstrating empathy, understanding and professionalism at all times,
