Our client is looking to appoint a Corporate Senior Associate to join their growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to for a lawyer to join a highly regarded Corporate practice and get involved in high value, complex cross border transactions.

Description

The Corporate Senior Associate will work on varied deals including M & A, private equity, corporate finance, reorganisations and cross border transactions. You will get the opportunity to advise well known, large corporate clients across the UK. You will also support other UK office and overseas

Profile

You will be a Corporate Senior Associate or a mid level Corporate Solicitor looking for a senior associate role. You will have ties to Leeds and already be working at a regional, national or international corporate practice. Given the existing team structure this role will suit a lawyer from 4 years PQE upwards although this is a guide only and does not preclude those with more or less applying for the role.
