A Private Client Paralegal / Legal Executive is required to join a reputable firm based in London on a full-time permanent basis working with high-net-worth estate clients.

Key responsibilities of the Private Client Paralegal / Legal Executive

• Liaising with clients to discuss their estate planning needs and advise on the drafting of Wills, trusts and other related documents
• Advising on relevant tax situations
• Ensuring all communications are in line with current laws and advising clients accordingly

Desirable skills and requirements of the Private Client Paralegal / Legal Executive

• 2 years+ of experience as a Private Client Paralegal / Legal Executive or equivalent
• Experience in Will writing, estate planning, inheritance tax, LPA's, trusts would be advantageous
