Are you an experienced Banking Lawyer looking for an exciting opportunity to join a prestigious national law firm in Manchester? We are currently seeking a talented and driven individual to join our dynamic team. As a Banking Lawyer at our firm, you will have the chance to work on a wide range of transactions in the banking and finance sector, with a particular focus on real estate finance, leveraged finance, and corporate banking.
Responsibilities:
• Provide legal advice and support to clients on complex banking and finance matters including real estate finance, leveraged finance and corporate banking
• Conduct legal research and analysis to ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.
• Draft and review legal documents, including loan agreements, security documentation, and legal opinions.
• Negotiate and liaise with clients, major UK banks, and high-profile organisations to achieve successful outcomes for all parties involved.
• Collaborate with colleagues in other practice areas to provide comprehensive legal solutions to clients.
Requirements:
• Qualified Banking and Finance lawyers – recently qualified Solicitors and those with extensive experience are encourage to apply
• Strong expertise in real estate finance, leveraged finance, and corporate banking.
• In-depth knowledge of relevant legislation, regulations, and industry practices.
• Excellent analytical, drafting, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Proven track record of providing high-quality legal advice and delivering successful outcomes.
