Our client is a well known public body seeking to recruit an Operational Policing Solicitor in Manchester.

Our client is a well known Police Authority providing Police services in the North-West.
Description
As a Operational Policing Solicitor you will deal with a full range of matters including providing legal representation in all courts. You will also deal with applications for injunctions, judicial reviews, disclosure issues, licensing and firearms appeals and in respect of civil community orders such as anti-social behaviour, proceeds of crime, football banning and closure order. There is a large amount of advocacy in the role as well as providing advice to our client in relation to ongoing police investigations.
Profile
You will be a civil litigation/criminal defence solicitor with experience of advocacy looking for an exciting new role as an Operational Policing Solicitor. Please note that the level of experience identified in this advert is a guide only and does not preclude candidates with more or less PQE from applying.
