Our client is a national law firm with offices in Manchester seeking to expand their busy team with the addition of a Banking Litigation NQ. The team has an enviable reputation throughout the legal industry for it's banking clients, acting for most household name banks.
Description
Our client is looking for a Banking Litigation NQ to join the team in Manchester. As an NQ you will be involved in a variety of contentious matters - including high value and complex banking litigation, professional negligence claims, investment banking litigation, international disputes, regulatory, fraud, trade finance, and receivership instructions. Our client defends reputationally sensitive claims and undertake specialist projects with our clients to help to prevent claims against them in the future. You will receive excellent training; supervision and support.
Profile
You will be a trainee solicitor who has undertaken a seat in dispute resolution looking to qualify as a Banking Litigation NQ. Please note that the level of experience identified in the advert is a guide only and does not preclude candidates with more or less experience from applying.
