They are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced solicitor to join their dynamic Civil Liberties team as a Partner working on actions against the police

Joining a specialist department, you will be working alongside other like minded professionals on a variety of high quality claims - mainly Actions Against the Police, as well as HRA claims, Judicial Reviews and Inquests


You will be expected to :
- Be a qualified solicitor with 7+ years of post-qualification experience in civil litigation, with a particular focus on actions against the police.
- Demonstrable experience handling a wide range of actions against the police cases, including but not limited to wrongful arrest, assault, false imprisonment, and human rights violations.
- Solid knowledge of relevant legislation, including the Police and Criminal Evidence Act, Human Rights Act, and Data Protection Act.
-Strong litigation skills with a proven track record of successfully managing cases from inception to resolution.
