THE FIRM
The London office of an international law firm.
THE ROLE
A senior corporate lawyer is sought to advise on international corporate transactions, concentrating on high
profile international M&A (public and private) but also with an opportunity to work on venture capital, private equity and equity capital markets transactions.
Clients include those in technology and communications, IT, media, entertainment and sport, energy and utilities, life sciences and retail and consumer. In addition, much of the work is cross-border and there is a great opportunity to work with many of the firm's other offices.
ABOUT YOU
Highly motivated, you will be keen to take responsibility, be technically excellent and have the ability to apply your legal skills in a practical way.
You will have excellent academics and experience of leading on corporate transactions gained within a comparable environment and at an appropriate level paired with the desire to be working for a truly international firm.
