An exciting opportunity has arisen to join an entrepreneurial Clean Green Energy Group who are expanding their business by requiring other environmentally sound businesses. You will work closely with Group General Counsel/COO and be responsible for managing other lawyers in the team. An exciting time to join a progressive and ethical business.
Responsibilities:
- You will be responsible for advising and drafting various construction contracts such as O&M and EPC agreements
- You will be responsible for taking the lead on proving support to the Power and Generation team with legal aspects that relate to projects, construction, project finance, commercial, property, litigation etc
- You will get involved in the new ventures side of the business and work with other ethically sound businesses
- You will be responsible for the management of other lawyers in the team
We are looking for:
- Must be a qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with 5+ years PQE*
- Prior in-house experience in the renewables/energy sector is desirable
- You will have a keen interested in renewable energy or construction projects
- Experienced handling construction contracts such as O&M and EPC contract is highly desirable
Package on Offer:
- Salary to Six-figures
