THE ROLE
A barrister or solicitor 5pqe+ is sought to join the firm's busy Bermuda office to handle a range of Litigation with an Insolvency / Restructuring focus.
The practice is widely recognised for its expertise in both international and domestic cases, including corporate, commercial and civil disputes, banking, financial services and trusts litigation, fraud and asset tracing claims and regulatory investigations, disputes and advisory work.
You will have excellent academic qualifications, be admitted to practise in a common law jurisdiction and have the ability to assist with commercial litigation more generally.
