Competition Solicitor (Interim)
London - City
Our client, a heavyweight international City law firm has a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Competition Solicitor to join the Competition Team ASAP for at least 6 months, possibly longer.
The team acts for an impressive portfolio of clients in the investment, retail, rental and leasing, and transport sectors.
The successful candidate will join a team of dedicated competition lawyers advising on a range of UK and EU competition law issues, including contentious competition matters in particular.
The role
You will advise on a broad range of UK and EU competition law matters including competition litigation and disputes, UK and EU merger control, competition investigations, and commercial agreements to behavioural advice.
Requirements
- The successful Competition Solicitor is likely to have upwards of 5+ PQE with in-depth knowledge of UK and EU competition law issues gained within private practice.
- Qualified as a Solicitor in England & Wales.
- Competition Litigation experience is essential.
- Additional experience gained within a competition authority, regulator, or the FCA would be beneficial.
