This firm have a rich heritage with their history dating back 100+ years, they have recently gone through an exciting period of growth and branched into an exciting new area of technology.
The Firm's Corporate department are continuing to go from strength to strength and have recommendations in the Legal 500 and Chambers. They are looking for a Corporate Solicitor with at least 3 years PQE to join the team due to growth.
The Corporate Department has a broad client base from start-ups and sole traders to large owner-managed businesses, private partnerships and public limited companies. You will deal with sales and purchases of businesses, M&A, MBI and MBO. – with a particular emphasis on healthcare.
You will be a Corporate Solicitor with at least 3 years PQE. You should have good experience of handling a Corporate Caseload of sales and purchases of businesses.
