Personal Injury Solicitor

My client is currently seeking an experienced and highly skilled Personal Injury Solicitor to join the prestigious legal firm in Glasgow. As a Legal 500-ranked firm, it prides itself on providing exceptional legal services to their clients, and is therefore looking for a talented individual who shares this commitment to excellence.
 
Responsibilities:

• Handling a diverse caseload of personal injury matters, including public liability and occupier liability claims
• Conducting thorough investigations, gathering evidence, and assessing the merits of each case
• Advising clients on their rights, potential claims, and the legal process involved
• Negotiating settlements and conducting settlement discussions on behalf of clients
• Preparing and filing legal documents, including court pleadings and motions
• Representing clients in court hearings, mediations, and arbitrations
• Keeping up-to-date with changes in personal injury law and relevant legislation

Requirements:

• Qualified Solicitor with at least 2 years' post-qualification experience in personal injury law
• Strong knowledge and experience in handling a variety of personal injury cases
• Excellent understanding of the legal process and regulations surrounding personal injury claims
• Proven track record of achieving successful outcomes for clients
• Ability to work independently and manage a high-volume caseload effectively
• Strong negotiation, communication, and advocacy skills
• Attention to detail and the ability to analyze complex information
• Client-focused approach with excellent interpersonal skills
