QED Legal are working with a leading law firm in High Wycombe, Bucks, seeking a Senior Corporate Solicitor.

Our client is a top tier firm with highly-ranked as Tier 1 departments across almost all sectors, and expanding their Corporate Commercial team.

The ideal candidate for this position will have around 7 + years PQE, with good level of Corporate experience across a range of work including M&As, JV, restructures, venture capital and private equity.

You must have experience handling fast-paced and demanding clients, have a breath of experience, have a consistent ability of hitting or exceeding targets.

It is also preferred that the individual should have a keenness for developing current clients, and seeking more through marketing and networking.

It is essential that as a solicitor you can provide stable and reliable service, hit financial targets lead by example and go above & beyond for clients.
