QED Legal are working with a leading law firm in St Albans, Herts, seeking a Senior Commercial Contracts Solicitor.

Our client is a top tier firm with highly-ranked as Tier 1 departments across almost all sectors, and expanding their Corporate Commercial team into two, so there is the opportunity for fast track to Partnership, and HOD.

The ideal candidate for this position will have around 6 years pqe include drafting, advising on and reviewing commercial contracts such as franchise agreements, supply terms, distribution, agency, e-commerce and software, and licensing, along with other standard and bespoke commercial contracts. Ideally, you also have corporate support experience and a strong background in giving proactive client advice and service.

You must have experience handling fast-paced and demanding clients, have a breath of experience, have a consistent ability of hitting or exceeding targets. It is also preferred that the individual should have a keenness for developing current clients, and seeking more through marketing and networking.

It is essential that as a solicitor you can provide a stable and reliable service, hit financial targets lead by example and go above & beyond for clients.
