Head of Residential Property - Lawyer
A reputable firm based in Warwickshire seeks to welcome a driven and ambitious Residential Conveyancing Solicitor who can succeed into a Head of Department and Partner position.

The firm, which has operated in excess of 100 years, is regarded as a highly respected and professional legal practice in their region. They are a full service law firm and practice law across many disciplines such as corporate, family and property law. The Role
The successful candidate will be entrusted with their own caseload which will consist of typical residential matters. You will join a team of fee earners and support staff, all of whom are vastly experienced. And you will be on hand to offer any necessary support or guidance.
The Requirements
This position would be ideally suited to an experienced solicitor or legal executive with over five years’ PQE.
Candidates should be a confident communicator, constantly liaising with their team and clients.
