Paralegal

My client is a luxurious British car manufacturer looking for a commercial Paralegal to join their team based in Silverstone, Northamptonshire.

Reporting into the Legal Director, you will be responsible for general legal queries, supporting day-to-day business operations, drafting and execution of NDAs, cease & desist letters, HR Recruitment terms; mainting the contractual database, conducting due diligence, and ad hoc administrative tasks.

The ideal candidate will have at least 6 months commercial contracts experience, be able to work in a fast-paced team and be willing to go into the office 4 days a week.
