Corporate Associate / Senior Associate, 4-6 PQE, Birmingham

We are looking for experienced Associates / Senior Associates to join the national corporate team of this International Law Firm. This role will be based in Birmingham and offers hybrid working. Experience in PE, M&A and ECM matters is paramount, alongside a strong desire to progress - this is a partnership track opportunity.

A team of 70 across the Firm network, with 25 in the Birmingham office, this role will suit an ambitious and dynamic self-starter, with the ability to work with minimal supervision and undertake some mentoring/oversight of junior staff. The firm has won numerous awards for their corporate work over the last few years and so attracts and retains an enviable client list. As such, this is a department growth role, with an anticipation for further expansion in work load and staff numbers in the near future.
