JOB TITLE: Corporate Solicitor
PQE: NQ-1 years PQE

SALARY: £Dependent on experience

THE ROLE:
As a Corporate Solicitor, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of challenging and quality corporate transactions. You will be involved in all aspects of corporate law, including mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and corporate restructurings. With a focus on high-quality work, you will have the chance to collaborate with some of the most knowledgeable Lawyers in the industry. The role will be varied and covering the broad mix of corporate work which M&A, corporate finance, joint ventures and general corporate advisory work. The clients range from start-ups through to substantial private companies.

THE CANDIDATE:
You will be a recently qualified Solicitor with a strong background in corporate law, applications are welcomed from Corporate Associates with up to 1 years PQE. The successful Corporate Solicitor will have completed at least one seat in corporate law within a leading and highly rated corporate team. You will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, exceptional communication, and interpersonal skills together with experience in advising on mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, joint ventures and general corporate advisory work.
