Description
The In-house commercial lawyer will join a large In-house function and get involved in drafting and negotiating a range of commercial agreements from clients terms, outsourcing work and terms and conditions and supply contracts. The successful candidates will support the senior management with supervision of juniors and building relationships with key stakeholders in the business including at board level.
Profile
You will already working as a In-house commercial lawyer or a commercial solicitor who is currently working in a law firm. You will have ties to Birmingham and good experience advising on a range of commercial and IT agreements.
