Corporate Solicitor 1+ PQE - Hertfordshire

Leading Hertfordshire firm who are recognised in L500 and Chambers have a new opportunity for a corporate solicitor to join their expanding department.

You will work mainly with medium-sized owner-managed businesses and high net worth individuals but also with some large organisations including a national pharmaceutical company and banks. You will work across a number of sectors with a focus on healthcare, charities and private wealth.

You will be involved in all aspects of corporate work such as mergers and acquisitions, share schemes, secured financing arrangements, share buy backs, bespoke articles of association and shareholder investments/agreements.

You may also assist with matters such as corporate reorganisations, share schemes, secured financing arrangements, shareholder investments as well as having the opportunity, if desired, to assist with general commercial agreements (such as terms and conditions, supply contracts and distribution agreements).
