We are seeking a skilled individual to join a bustling Clinical Negligence department, where you will handle a diverse and rewarding caseload.
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and experience:
- Solicitor/Fee Earner with a minimum of 2 years' experience in clinical negligence
- Extensive expertise in clinical negligence matters, with the ability to oversee claims from inception to Trial
- Track record in managing cases related to medical misdiagnosis, surgical negligence, prescription and medication errors, as well as dental negligence
- Strong commitment to providing exceptional client care
- Proficient IT skills and comfortable using case management systems (preferably Proclaim, but not mandatory)
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
