My client is a Top Tier law firm, who are looking for a qualified Financial Services Regulatory Solicitor with extensive experience of providing advice on the complex, ever-changing and highly regulated environment of the Wholesale FS Market.

The Role:

The successful candidate will be involved in a broad range of activities, from benchmark investigations to capital market transactions, and international investment flows to advising clients on the implications of Brexit. The successful candidate will also be providing legal advice to individuals and companies involved in the wholesale market, ensure compliance with local and international regulations, manage the company's assets, and advise board members on the best strategies that align with their strategies and regulations.

About You:

To succeed, the candidate should have a close working knowledge of Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) regulations that apply to market participants and the related implications, as well as structured finance and derivative products. Experience in working with regulated businesses in the investment sector is crucial, and they should be able to confidently interact with clients and regulators to provide sound, effective advice.

The successful candidate will be a qualified UK solicitor, and a highly motivated team player, who is able to quickly grasp intricate concepts, develop creative solutions, and work on tight deadlines. Ideally, applicants should have a minimum of 6 years' relevant experience at a top-tier law firm, or from an in-house position within the financial services industry.
