Property Damage Solicitor / Solicitor - This is an exciting time to be joining a growing team which focuses on a range of complex subrogated loss work. The skill set is basically that of commercial litigation. The team advises on high-value insurance claims arising out of all manner of serious incidents from flood and fire damage to chemical contamination and escapes from land and impact damage. These matters are often high-value and intricate involving analysing intricate evidence.

Overview of opportunity

• Job title: Solicitor or Legal Executive (multiple roles at various levels)
• Location: Greater Manchester
• Salary: to £55,000
• Reports to: Partner
• Previous Experience: Candidates with a commercial insurance background or commercial litigation background are strongly encouraged to apply. This role would also suit applicants with litigation experience in other areas such as debt recovery as well as strong personal injury candidates.

Coverage work

The team also advises on the intricacies of insurance policy coverage and often advises insurers when bringing new products to market. Moreover, they provide ongoing training to clients through regular seminars and updates to stay at the forefront of key developments in the law.
