RTA Fraud Solicitor - The Manchester-based team of this top tier insurance litigation firm is looking for solicitors and legal executives with a minimum of 1 year PQE. Candidates should have either motor fraud or Casualty fraud experience. In particular, you will be joining a team which is experiencing significant growth as it continues to assert itself in the Manchester market.

- Experience: Solicitor with 1 PQE + with experience of all aspects of defendant motor fraud including fraud rings. Team also wants to speak with lawyers with Casualty Fraud experience.

This is a busy fraud team who handle a considerable amount of work for some of the country's leading insurers. They are entering an exciting time in their growth phase and are looking for talented lawyers to join the department. As well as the requisite skill set, you will need to be able to:
- work under pressure in a busy environment;
- work independently as well as in a team environment;
- possess excellent attention-to-detail; and
- instruct and guide the more junior members of the team.
Strong written and verbal communication skills are a must, as well as the ability to work thoroughly yet efficiently. The defendant fraud team of this firm is at the forefront of this area of personal injury law and seeks out the best candidates to join its ranks. They are looking for robust, technical lawyers to add real strength and depth to their fraud offering.
New team which continues to expand
With an already established foothold in the market, the insurance fraud team is continuing to grow and develop and several roles have arisen at various levels solicitors and legal executives. The hiring managers are also interested in considering unqualified fee earners.
The successful candidates will manage a caseload of litigated fraud files. The role requires a candidate of sufficient experience to be able to hit the ground running - someone who has already a complete understanding of RTA and / or casualty fraud files and can work with minimum supervision.
