SEND Caseworker

£250 - £270 umbrella, daily rate

Locum, full-time

Hybrid working, London

Sellick Partnership are working with a London-based local authority seeking SEND (Special Education Needs and Disabilities) Caseworker / Keyworker on a locum basis.

The successful candidate will be employed on an initial 3 month basis to cover a maternity leave. The role is full-time hours and requires office attendance 1 day per week (flexible) and the rest can be worked remotely.

Key responsibilities of the SEND Caseworker:

  • Undertaking needs assessments in relation to statutory requests for an Education, Health and Care Plan (EHC) aged 0-25 years
  • Undertaking relevant casework, including supporting work for Tribunal Cases
  • Attend annual reviews of EHC plans and update plans as required

The successful SEND Caseworker will have experience dealing with the above tasks, in particular experience in annual reviews and tribunal work. The role is offering a competitive daily rate and flexible working pattern.
