THE ROLE:
The firm represents clients in some of the most challenging and complex cases, and they are seeking ambitious paralegals to support with a caseload of Court of Protection matters. There is an opening for experienced paralegals to assist with day-to-day client contact and to provide practical advice and support to protect clients' needs in a wide range of legal matters. You will be responsible for a wide variety of deputyship application. The appointed paralegal will be supporting fee earners by preparing court bundles, case preparation and progression. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Paralegal looking to solidify their career in the Legal Market.
THE CANDIDATE:
The ideal candidate will have at least 6months’ experience with court of protection cases, as well as good organisational and strong IT skills. The successful Paralegal will have a self-starting approach to tasks and projects with the ability to work on your own initiative. The appointed candidate will be a team player with a genuine ‘can do’ attitude and a proven track record of taking initiative in your previous roles. You will offer exceptional levels of client care and will thrive upon the positive feedback you receive from clients.
