User Support (1st Line)
Our client is a large international law firm based in beautiful offices in London and has recently opened an opportunity for a IT professional to work in User support on the 1st line on a permanent basis. The role will be providing help for PC users, supporting both hardware and software, as well as assisting the Manager with day-to-day and ongoing projects. The ideal candidate will have 3 years of previous experience in the area and a working knowledge of current firm supported software which includes BighandCitrix, DMS (iManage / NetDocuments), Office, PMS (e. Aderant, Linetime, P4W etc)On top of this you must be able to work to tough time constraints, while remaining patient in a fast paced office environment.
