Senior Legal Counsel, Construction and O&G technology

We have a global relationship with this oil and gas technology client, who are seeking to expand their legal team with a new Senior Legal Counsel in Dubai. Consequently, they have retained us to help them with this critical hire. Territorially, you'll be covering the wider Middle East region.

Their business is cutting edge and doing extremely well. It's an exciting time to be joining a public, listed multinational in their regional hub office of Dubai.

Some examples of the things you'll work on are listed below:

* Driving forward business development projects and associated tender documents
* Advising on transactional corporate deals
* Covering and advising on disputes and avoidance

There are guideline criteria for the role, and please take the time to read and assess your suitability carefully:

* A guideline PQE range will be 6-10 years of experience
* You will likely have trained and qualified with a recognised international standard law firm, or corporate
* Ideal candidates will have a strong background in construction and the energy sector
* Current in-house energy work will be strongly valued
* Ideal candidates will be based in the Middle East already, but overseas candidates can also be considered
