Our client, a Yorkshire based Local Authority is seeking an an experienced Lawyer to join their team for a minimum basis to support on SEN tribunal work.
Day to day responsibilities for the successful Education Lawyer will be:
- Managing a caseload of SEN Tribunals
- Providing legal representation, advocacy, advice and support on all aspects of education law
- Handling Large caseloads
- Working to tight deadlines
- Prioritise competing caseloads
The authority are looking for applicants that are available on a full or part time basis. The successful education lawyer will be working on a remote basis.
