Commercial (Life Sciences) Lawyer - 2+ PQE

Location: Bristol

We have been instructed on a fantastic opportunity for a Commercial Lawyer with experience in and knowledge of life sciences and IP to join a Tier 1-ranked team here in Bristol.

This team advise on a range of interesting commercial matters across numerous technology sectors to include intellectual property, information technology and telecoms. The team have clients spanning across sectors including life sciences, pharma & health, hospitality, media, energy, finance and IT and work on some truly cutting edge projects. Your specific focus would be on life sciences; advising clients at every stage of the product life cycle, from intellectual property issues, collaboration arrangements, commercialisation and supply chain and life cycle management.

Your role would be to advise clients across varied sectors on a range of commercial, data protection, IP and IT matters, and to help draft and negotiate commercial contracts relating to collaboration, licensing, supply and distribution agreements, whilst working efficiently in a team and developing long-lasting professional relationships with clients. This is a really exciting opportunity for anyone with a genuine interest in life sciences and a solid commercial contracts background.
